Distilled Digital Services Act

Digital Services Act - Report Illegal Content

Distilled acts as custodians of Ireland’s four most successful internet brands, Adverts.ie, Daft.ie, DoneDeal.ie and Gumtree.ie. This page is designated for reporting any illegal content on our platforms under the Digital Services act.

Reporting content as illegal under the Digital Services Act is taken very seriously. When you report content as illegal, you must be specific and provide an explanation detailing why the content is illegal to allow us to make an informed decision. If the report does not contain enough information for us to clearly assess whether the content is illegal, we will not be able to progress the report.

If you do not wish to report illegal content under the Digital Services Act, and instead wish to draw our attention to content for other reasons, please use the general "report ad" functionality available on the ad.

Distilled's "Single Point of Contact" for communications from Member States’ authorities, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services is legal@distilled.ie.
English is the official language which can be used to communicate with Distilled.

The average monthly active recipients of our services, calculated as an average over the period of the past six months, are as follows:

We have prepared the above information for the purposes of Article 24(2) of the DSA and it should not be used for any other purposes. We use Google Analytics to estimate the monthly active recipients of our services. Due to the inherent challenges in measuring usage across different platforms, the above monthly active recipient estimates do not represent estimates of the number of unique people using our services.
